"Office Yoga: Moderate Exercises in your Cubicle" is a non-intimidating and beginner approach to simple, modified yoga stretches at your desk. I have worked for many corporations and currently spend office hours in my cubicle at a community college in CA. I am a certified hatha yoga instructor; pilates certified; and NASM certified as a personal trainer. I have taught various yoga and pilates classes and have worked with private clients as well.
This instructional film is meant to encourage you to take time for yourself. Rejuvenate at work in less than 20 minutes at your desk. Take the daily break you need to feel good and get through the rest of your workday.
Approximately 20 exercises included in this video are organized in the following categories: standing postures, standing postures using the chair and seated postures. The simple exercises included in this film will build mental focus, reduce stress, calm the mind and increase clarity.
